Photophobia; fear of light, a symptom of excessive sensitivity to light and the aversion to sunlight or well-lit places.

I love the detail of her crazed frizzy hair as she sprints into the velevetine darkness.
The title is superclever and could imply a fear of being photographed which afflicts so many!

Brilliantly thought and executed to capture a child in fear of light as opposed to fear of dark, running to us with such power, somehow made me open my arms and protect her! From another standpoint, we're in the dark but the child made us see the light :-) And hope your computer virus get cured soon!

You return to this theme often, Kal -- the small child adrift in darkness, with a splash of light in the distance as metaphor for the future. The sense of momement is pivotal -- she seems to have packed her little bag and is fleeing the scene. Wonderful mood, atmosphere and energy.
