This is so so brilliant! Capturing them in their weary state at such a place, everything fitted in perfectly and you thought it out well to tell your story. I saw an empty seat, may I? Badly need repair too :-( Thanks, Kal.

Another in a series of your incongruous street scenes -- it is always amusing to find people asleep when we assume they should working or at very least, alert. ( I assume from the helmets, armband and uniforms, that they are on the street for a purpose other than sleeping.) You make it into a double incongruity by finding two asleep instead of one. And then you make it a triple incongruity by relating them to the repair sign. Amazing.

Great capture! To me it's more like the guard fell asleep... Funny!

They are soldiers, yes? Their uniforms say so although the one on the right is not wearing regulation shoes. So is he the one needing the repair? But why are they here before the shop opens and who provided the rather comfortable chairs? What a keen eye you have, Kal. Bravo!!!

This reminded me of a great act of sleep i saw today involving a woman asleep on a makeshift shelf just inches from the road on a van doing about 100mph.
These two look shattered from work and cold too.
