you have so many pictures i love.. this one by the "falt" compo and the movement is so pleasing to the eye. It tells a lot about the city I think.

Very well seen, executed and processed, great shot :-)

Stan's right. you really don't mess around! you are so diverse with what you show us and how you do so. for me, the motion blur gives a sense of hesitancy about moving towards the massive urban skyline that i imagine is ever-expanding in your country.

I find interesting to see how old fashion the style of the poster is.
It reminds me of the Metropolis and other expressionist image of the future.
I like that and the composition with the passers-be and their shadows.

When you decide to shift styles, you don't mess around, do you?

Well seen and well caught. I love the almost desaturated part of the image around the blue. I also love the motion of the men. You're very good at catching men walking, the speed you use is perfect.

a surreal vision, Kal! all the composition seems to be travelling through time.. in different dimensions and speed. Amazing!

Excellent! Did you use a tripod for this or not? I imagine you almost had to.

Very beautiful!

A sidewalk mural as fleeting as the shadows that pass by. The future of Shanghai, that, too, like its past, shall pass.

As always, very well conceived and executed. The blur and shadowplay added great interest. Good job!

The poster is as much an illusion as the shadowplay and the blurred figures. This image is about time -- both present and future. A thought provoking image, Kal.

the blue planet........

Absolutely fantastic, Kal. V.

The shadows almost seem to have more presence than the figures. Its a very nice touch that the man on the left is looking into the picture and his shadow is looking out, almost with its back to it.

Brilliant shadowplay
