Thanks Marek good advice. I also now realise that by relooking at the crop completely I can also remove those leaves at the top, which though are not really apparent, do not add anything to the image.

Hi Kal, thanks for your kind comments on my photos. I've looked at all yours and this is my favourite. I like the inclusion of Stalin with a movie star, contrasted against the 'ordinary' person. The division of space and perspective are very pleasing in this shot, though you could crop it on the left to where the edge of the yellow table touches the line (from the bottom of the line so it doesn't show) and at the bottom of the image to make the tiles appear to continue.
One of your most incongruous images, Kal. The portraits on the bottom, the sexy abstraction on top, played against a guy who takes it all for granted give us a nice slice of life. The images within this image are all icons, but this guy will have none of them.
