This is the most expressive of this group, Kal, because of the incongruous relationship between the dog and its owner, the degree of abstraction, and the human values expressed -- as you say it is a statement contrasting fashion and aggression. Dressing to play a role is human value, and so too is outright hostility. (All of your other images in this group reflect human values to a degree but are essentially descriptive in that either incongruity or abstraction is missing.)
