La Paz County Sheriff's Department is known
as a modern progressive agency, with personnel
assigned to many diverse positions; including Law
Enforcement Patrol activities, Criminal Investigations,
Boating Safety Patrol, School Resource, D.A.R.E.

The La Paz County Sheriff's Department also supports
many volunteer groups; including Search and Rescue on
land, water and in the air, Sheriff's Reserve Program,
Citizen's Patrol Program, and Volunteers in Protection.
