Bonnet Carre' Spillway

The good is-I have a new camera. The bad is-I haven't learned to use it yet. This is the very first picture I took with it.

Hey, congratulations on that new camera. Arthur Morris (the bird photogrpaher) has been raving about this one.

Great shot. Looks like you're doing pretty well with the new camera!

I like this image! If they are all this "bad", you'll do fine!

Very nice job. Love the white birds against the white water. Congrats on the new camera.

well done for a first attempt with a new camera! love the action of the birds in flight and how the other ones are just 'chilling and relaxing" :-)

They'll only get better. New technology in talented hands can't be a bad thing.

Nice shot with the new tool, camera's are all very similar.
It's the photographer and the glass that count.

Coleen - Great image. Will this area be a little less moist once the spillway recedes a little, or is it always this wet ?

Enjoy it. Just what ever you do don't put your hands on any of that L glass is has a contagious bug imbedded in it.
Neal Nye16-May-2008 12:09
Such exciting news! And you're off to a great start. You will do wonderful things with it, I'm sure.
Dave Hein16-May-2008 07:38
It gets easier. Just keep pushing the little button on the top!
wernere0116-May-2008 07:12
Yes, bad things may come easy, good things might take some time. Don´t complain. I have difficulties to catch one around here, and you´ve got them all.
Laryl16-May-2008 05:47

Given today's lighting conditions, that's a good shot with a new camera !!!
