Lindy Cuts Her Birthday Cake

Corinne Claiborne "Lindy" Boggs is surrounded by some of her 17 great-granchildren as she cuts the cake on her 90th birthday.
Mrs. Boggs served as U. S. Congressman from New Orleans for 18 years until 1990 then served for over five years as U. S. Ambassador to the Holy See (Vatican.) She resides in a two centuries old house on Bourbon Street.
She is as talented and genuine as she is beautiful.
