So many people in LA don't put up outside lights any more. I really do love living in a place that is made up of people from so many diverse cultures and traditions...but there's nothing like "the old days" when block after block of houses would be all decked out with lights. Thanks for posting this wonderful shot!

So nice that the sky is still light enough to see the silhouettes of the trees but not too light to drown out the decorations. The exposure is perfect.
