Louisiana Pelicans in Fog

Lake Pontchartrain in Metairie, Louisiana

Our pelicans returned from their coastal nesting grounds two weeks ago. They look healthy and well fed. It's good to watch their antics again.
Our CBS affiliate station in New Orleans used this photo on their weather site today.
