I did an entire gallery on Bocage last night--have a look at "Bocage Plantation in Winter"
It was good to see someone interested enough to spend millions on the restoration.
Louisiana's heat, humidity and hurricanes can take their toll on buildings, particularly ones built hundreds of years ago. Dr. Marion Rundell patiently "fixed" the structural problems caused by the elements in the past 25 years when the house was unoccupied. He has furnished it with his personal collections of antique furniture, china and artwork.
