Registered as "Maryland Farms Oak" this tree has a girth of 25 feet and a spread of 130 feet.
It is located in St. Gabriel, Louisiana, and is the only tree in the Lone Oak Cemetery. Persons buried here were inmates of the Elayn Hunt Correctional Center who died with no family to claim them. Under this beautiful, ancient oak may they rest in peace.
