Coleen, this is another awesome shot. You have a special talent for capturing scenes that reveal the unique beauty of this region. Love the depth and the colors and the mood in this shot.

Wow you did it again! I grew up about a mile from this bayou...boy do I miss it! You have succeeded, again , in making me homesick! I noticed if you get real close to the screen you can even smell the bayou! Keep up the good work and thanks again! Here is a quest for you...find Bayou Platte not a mile from this picture...would make for beautiful images. You do great work!

That's the musical sidekick that I imagined the other day on your early morning boat excursion. Certainly fits this fine shot, too. Vote

Love your Fall. Fall is so different in all the parts of the US with so many contrasts.. The music is great.. Thanks for sharing

Great image and music
In my former life I had to go to Ethel Louisiana from time to time.
The music brings back good memories and hunger for some great but unhealthy food :)

Beautiful image, Coleen. Love the composition. I had my volume turned way up and when the song started, well I had soiled laundry. :O) Big VOTE.

I've heard this song many times but don't know the name of it! I know we have danced barefoot to this and my feet are starting to stomp right now! Ahhhhaaaaaa!
