I was very surprised how relatively easy this was to get an adequate picture even without a tripod.
Note the high shutter speed (1/1000sec) and relatively large f-stop (f8.0).
Image slightly edited (contrast and saturation slightly elevated and brightness nudged a bit).

The Olympus 730UZ was set at full telescopic (10x) plus digital zoom (3x) for a total 30x zoom.
