Muted sunset off Diamond Head from Spitting Caves (Portlock)

This is a view from Sptting Caves which is near Portlock Point (Kawaihoa). Access is via pathway between residences onto some very steep rocks.
Multi-million dollar homes surround the point and occasionally fishermen and women can be seen casting from the steep rocks.
This picture shows the precarious nature of the area.

From Friedrich Nietzsche:
Thus Spake Zarathustra, 1891

"Therefore must I descend into the deep: as thou doest in the evening,
when thou goest behind the sea, and givest light also to the nether-world, thou exuberant star! "

Wonderful. The sunset does form a nice backdrop.

Nice picture. I could not get such a view when I stayed at Waikiki.
