Clothes Peg

When Adrienne was young the gypsies came door to door selling pegs and "lucky" heather.

I am far too young to remember.
However, I do remember the milkman with his horse and cart, and at school we had chalk and slates to write on!

I'm sorry if I've confused PAD's in the colonies:-) These are the sort of things I'm talking about, http://www.aquarterof.co.uk/

Plus Nitty Nora, 'the bug explorer' Penny trays, Kali? (How do you spell that?), Radiation cookers, crisps with blue salt twists.
I've been out tonight, I'm off on one! Dolly tubs, mangles, Omo washing powder, (bet you can't use that trade name now!), Victory V's, Love Hearts, Refreshers, frozen Jubblies, I've got to stop now, I'm filling up, nostalgia is a thing of the past.

So did Adrienne buy any of that lucky heather and find her toy boy?
