One year I used an earlier photograph of these two chaps on a birthday card for my wife Adrienne.

We live in Harpenden, Hertfordshire. One of the famous people who used to live here was the late Eric Morecambe, the TV comedian who worked with Ernie Wise.

I used one of their jokes for the text on the card:

Have you got the scrolls? No, I always walk like this.
