In Passing

Dallas Arboretum, Dallas, Texas view map

This week's challenge was "In the style of HENRI CARTIER-BRESSON"

Definitely a challenge this week. I had a great idea for it, but due to time constraints and lack of transportation (car is in the shop) I had to make do with my current surroundings. I don't have a 50mm prime lens, but I had intended to use my 28-75 and set it on 50. But that wasn't the lens I had on my camera when this opportunity presented itself, so I just had to go with it. It is uncropped, though.

The blur really looks like something Bresson would have done. I like the light as well with the bright direct light and the heavy shadow.

Looks pretty good to me, good contrast between light and dark.
