Grilled Fish Steaks

Home, back patio

We used tuna steaks with this recipe, and it was quite tasty. I think I'd even prefer this recipe with another type of fish.

INGREDIENTS
Two 8 oz fish steaks, 1 inch thick
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup sherry
1/4 cup olive oil
juice from 1 lime
2 cloves garlic, minced

1. Place fish steaks in a shallow baking dish. In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, sherry, vegetable oil, fresh lime juice, and garlic. Pour the mixture over the fish steaks, and turn to coat. Cover, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
2. Preheat grill for medium-high heat
3. Lightly oil grill grate. Place fish steaks on grill, and grill for 3 to 6 minutes per side.
