A good friend, who is a huge wine fan, has been treating many of us with his knowledge and passion for quite some time. After a couple of years of requests, he finally put together a Wine Basics 101 class for a bunch of us. We learned the basics of what to look for when tasting wines and had a wonderful afternoon.
