This gas station was built in 1926 by a Mr. Norris, who after the WW I, saw a castle in Europe and had the rocks shipped home, and he built this castle like gas station out the stone. It looks very neat, with the little rooms at the end of the arches on both ends of the overhang. Someone bought it and tried to move in and make a house out of it.. but they were blocked by the preservation society for changing it.
