Counterweights

The Canon 1Ds is quite a heavy camera, and despite the slinging of the autoguider underneath the main OTA (thus bringing it closer to the rotation axes of the mount), I find that the 2x10kg counterweights have to be at the very end of the shaft to balance things. Even though I do have extra weights available, I suspect that using a long guiding OTA on a separate dovetail rail on the upper side of the C14 will be taking things beyond the design load bearing capacity of the CGE mount.
