JAL, Japan's national airline is the carrier I used
to go from Tokyo to Manila. It is no secret that
the airline is going through troubled skies with
a lot of shakeups, and performance issues within
the company. Those in the know tell me that JAL,
like many Japanese companies, is an old-fashioned
company that is struggling to catch up with the times.
The ride was hot, cramped, and uncomfortable, but to
their credit, they got us to Manila without a problem.
