As the night arrives, here on one small spot in Elmhurst, Queens,
you have your choice of "Italian," Malaysian, Thai, or Vietnamese
cuisine.

I put a "..." around Italian because Singas Famous Pizza is not owned
by Italians, as far as I know. From what I have heard, the original owner
was Greek although the name sounds Indian, and it is quite a popular
spot with folks from India. Italian, Greek, Indian, whatever...the pizza is
pretty good though :)
