Fuji X100 AF: "The Fuglies" :-)

Here is what happens when you hand the X100 to someone
not photographically inclined!

A shot of the current World Tag Team champions, "The Fuglies"
perfectly ruined by an out of focus shot :-)

Why am I posting this? Because the auto-focus can definitely be an
issue with the X100, and because I know you guys count on me to give
the "real deal" on equipment, the good, the bad, the fugly :)

I will have more on the AF and how to deal with it in upcoming articles.

I guess it was set to a small focus area and aimed at the toys. And maybe it doesn't recognize those kinds of faces:)

it sure got that pile of toys in the backround right! :-) nothing is ever automatic with a real camera.....but the small sensor point and shoots and phones with 6mm lenses never seem to miss...hmmm I wonder why..:-))))))
