Probably just jealous because he drives a nice car (BMW), smokes and has a few other bad habits he picked up in his younger days on the road. As I've been told, as a child, Charlie was kidnapped and beaten by a pack of woodpeckers! I'm sure his stunted development is partially a result of that terrible ordeal.
