January 28: The Other Half

San Pasqual Valley, CA

Over the “hill” east of me about a mile as the crow flies are some homes perched on the hillsides. I think we can get you in for around $2 - $3 million. I’m staying where I am! However I am beginning some remodeling in the den which you will see as the Spring goes by.

Are these the houses that slide down the hillside with the mud when it rains?

Nice shot... I hope your remodeling goes a heck of a lot better than mine did. I have a collage photo to prove that I had the worst contractor in the history of contractors. Here you go:http://www.pbase.com/snootydog/image/47679339

Gorgeous home, but not much of a yard! The view, however, is probably unbelievable.

That grass isn't as green as yours, stay where you are Robin!! Nice shot.

Dramatic and lovely perspective of these pricey little homes! ;-) Gorgeous light and colors! Of course, that sun is shining on your beautiful home too!!! And you won't slide down the hill in a mud slide! ;-)

Your shot really shows the splendor of these houses Robin.

Hey, that's my house!

Only kidding, good shot of what probably is a very nice house.

Must get a lot of exercise in this house--up, down, up down. I do like the Italian cypresses, however.

I agree with laine82. I much prefer your street to this rock 'garden'.
JW28-Jan-2006 20:48
I thought YOU were the other half, Robin! LOL
laine8228-Jan-2006 20:19
I prefer your manicured street far nicer than this one anyhow. I would need a jackhammer to garden there it seems.
