My good friends and colleagues *** Dave and June *** are here from Evergreen, Colorado this weekend for what we are calling the Rancho Bernardo Summit.

Both of them wear a bracelet like this to symbolize their dedication to creating balance in their work and personal lives. The three of us are meeting in my home and sharing our combined 70 years of experience to create a collection of work and materials to teach newer people in the field “Mind, Body, Soul and Financial Success for Consultants.”

Dave was my protégé back at Coors Brewing in the early 1990’s when we were doing major cultural change there. He has since become an independent and can run circles around me both in terms of impact on organizations and financial success. He wisely married June about 5 ˝ years ago. She is an accomplished trainer and consultant in her own right.

It is a delight to have them here. They not staying with me; instead they are enjoying the felicities of ***Rancho Bernardo Inn *** which is only a mile from my home.
