High winds blowing offshore. Woman capsized in her kayak and was separated from it. She clung to a bouy about 1/2 mile out. 2 other memebers of her family were blown 7 miles out to sea! They were rescued by another guards using personal water craft.

Great capture, good framing/cropping of the shot. But I'm confused - the waves look like nothing - why the rescue?
