Despite initial impressions, this is NOT a product advertisement for Procter and Gamble. Rather it is intended to symbolize the cleanliness of my home. Thanks to a new maid service (which I called instead of the pest patrol) the interior is spic and span (gee that is a product name, too). I (ahem) washed all the laundry and folded it and put it away. Earlier students of this PaD know that the outside was repainted last month. For those of you who this kind of taking care is a normal behavior, please cheer me on because I’ve been single for seventeen years and when my old house keeper left last month (old age) I was left to look after myself (so to speak.)
All this is to celebrate Spring and to be ready for Lynn’s arrival tomorrow with her special gift. (What is that, you ask? Well, check in tomorrow.
