Imagine my shock while getting ready to upload a different picture than this when all the lights in the neighbood flicked off and my computer crashed! They stayed off for almost five hours. I helped the repair process by photograhing this man from the power company pulling cable. It was candlelight and flashlights here for a long time.

Obviously the lights finally came back on, and I got to upload this newer picture to demonstrate the use of my NEW Canon 50 mm f/1.8 "portrait" lens.
