I’ll have to return to my discussion using LAB color space til later. Today I participated in a seminar for facilitators who conduct workshops on the Heart of Coaching. Today's meeting was led by Tom Crane. He has developed quite a world-wide reputation, and has conducted workshops in Asia, Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, South America, and the United States. He is the thought leader in the World for creating Coaching Cultures.

We had an excellent day of learning and discussion.
