Clipping is evident on the CD waveform.

Clipping also is present in the vinyl, but masked by the highpass filtering
of the mastering and playback process. There are "straight-line" portions in the vinyl waveform
that exactly correspond to the clipping on the CD waveform. They aren't flat-topped
because the highpass filtering from the mastering process causes the flat tops
to tilt towards the baseline.
