The overall waveform comparison shows limiting / compression with the CD (top portion of window)
compared to the vinyl. Especially notice the track intro, where the levels are boosted by compression. The
CD waveform crests look like they were sliced off with a razor blade.

Important: the vertical scale is 200% of digital maximum, so that the shape of the crests
of the waveforms can more easily be seen. Both waveforms were normalized to digital full scale.
