This happened outside Agra. Talk about fragile cargo!

The traffic jam was a result of waiting for some "VIPs" to go by.

Traffic was halted by the police for over 1/2 hour, while people waited.
And waited.

Finally, the VIP motorcade arrived and drove by (this took less than 10 seconds)!
Everyone was allowed to proceed on their way.
