Home on a Bracteantha flower, this female Goldenrod spider (aka Flower spider) is the larger of these species
(Misumena vatia) and has captured a bee. [See smaller species http://www.pbase.com/10kzoomfz/image/32922969 ]
Females are 1/4" - 3/8" (5 - 10mm) and this one was about the max. size.
