This is the old steam train tower located on the steam rail trail to and from the mountain. The old steam trail starts at near the Wentworth stairs in downtown Hamilton and slowly rise up to the escarpment until Mohawk Sports Complex.

It is about 5 kms one way and a good path to use either by bicycle or just walking. Plenty of birds and little critters too to photograph.
