Sized small for a contest for: night shots with file size not exceeding 25kb and longest side not to exceed 450 Pixels. (That's actually harder than it seems...when saving as a JPEG and one must chose the compression level, when you go from 10-9-8-7 there are some big reduction size changes, but going then from 7-6-5-4-3-2-1, there is hardly any change in file size at all.
