The olive drab color scheme wasn't used long, fortunately. The good old noisy engines at least brought back the acoustic part of days now long gone. We are in July 1988. 410BW KC-135A 63-8011 is approaching RAF Fairford, where various KC-135's were stationed on TDY-basis. This Stratotanker currently is active as a KC-135R.
