Egret and blue heron

Morro Bay, California

It's unusual to see these two working side-by-side.
Herons and Egrets are loners to some extent anyway,
but these two were happily catching fish and didn't seem to mind the company.
The reddish water is from a reflection of Morro Rock, not the water color.
