Scientific name: Entomyzon cyanotis (Latham, 1802).

Distribution: Northern Australia. This bird is adapted to extracting nectar from flowers and it eagerly pursues the nectar of trees such as the fern-leaved grevillea,
'Grevillea pteridifolia'.
