The Elephant's Trunk Nebula is a concentration of interstellar gas and dust within the much larger ionized gas region IC 1396 located in the constellation
of Cepheus about 2,400 light years away from Earth

This is an H-alpha Narrow Band Image, data was taken on 4th and 7th November 2021 from Lockwood Valley, California

Ha 180 minutes 1x binned, 15 min sub-exposures
