Common Name: Bleeding Heart

We love this plant! Brilliant gold foliage 'glows' in the shade garden. Fast growing clumps with arching sprays of pink bleeding hearts in spring.

By mid summer this Dicentra goes dormant and we've found Hardy Begonia to be an excellent companion.
Hardy Begonia comes up later in the spring and is a perfect solution for the bare spot left by the dormant 'Gold Heart'.
