1965 Sud Aviation Alouette III Helicopter.The first practical turbine powered helicopter,which first flew in March 1955,signalling a quantum leap in helicopter technology.
This was one of three obtained for the Canadian Coast Guard in 1966.It was retired from service in 1987.
Maximum speed-130 mph with a range of 335 miles.It would accomodate 2 crew and 5 passengers.
