Three Bonaparte's Gulls joined a dozen Laughing Gulls feeding west of the Bluefish River bridge. The astronomically high tide was driving a strong current through the culvert and the gulls were right by the bridge dropping onto the water and riding the current westward 30-50 yards and then flying back to the bridge and repeating the process. The little park by the bridge provided a great vantage point for a shot like this.
