Least Bluet

Oakdale Twp., Noble Co., Okla.

The Least or Small Bluet (Hedyotis crassifolia) is common sight in lawn and pastures in late winter and early spring. Its flowers usually measure less than a centimeter across. The plant is sometimes called a Star Violet.
