Hello Sir,
La mine is so called " the Mine due to coal mine in the past , this city belongs to the town of "Le Molay Littry "( west of Bayeux ).
dont hesitate to ask more questions . I live nearby and created an exhibition about 2nd Mobile Radio Broadcasting Co. in our house , where General Omar Bradley established his very first H.Q. for the psychological warfare against the Germans.

Pls visit my site at : www.chateaudecolombieres.com
Also settled a private memorial on our estate where Lt. Kermit C. Miller ( 29th I.D.) arrived after crossing the inundated marsh to liberate the village.

Best Regards.
