Canada Goose checks out Shoreline Lake from 100 feet in the air

Shoreline Lake, Mountain View, California

This goose looked like the others it was flying with right up until it looked straight down at the lake as it flew over. I'm sure that geese and ducks probably do this all the time, but it's the first time I've noticed it.
