This "fuzzy photo", is taken from the bottom of the connector. I made a more secure connection by lightly soldering about a 3/8" wire to the bottom cable wires. I first plugged in the top cables, then finished by plugging in the bottom cable and lightly soldering the bottom wires to the bullet connects from the top. I now have a very electrically secure connection. My lights, for instance are very bright and have not lost voltage over time.
