My "Straight from the Camera" month continues

Updated: In answer to Scott's question, I've set the in camera sharpening to STD - I normally have it set to OFF which is very soft in the S3. I am also setting a Custom WB using an Expodisk. I haven't used any either of the colour modes, or the B&W mode, but I won't rule those out! Finally, converting for web is done using ACDSEE PRO, so I'm not using PS at all for the PaD images... phew!
